The websites and user interfaces located at app.dtrinity.org and liquidity.dtrinity.org, together with any related web sites, applications, software, documentation, content, communication channels, and other services made available in connection therewith (collectively, the “Services”), are not directed to, and may not be accessed or used by, any person or entity located in, ordinarily resident in, organized in, or otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of Belarus, Canada, Cuba, Haiti, Iran, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Russia (including Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions), Singapore, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, the United Kingdom, the United States, Venezuela, or any other jurisdiction or region designated by dTRINITY from time to time as restricted (collectively, “Restricted Regions”).
Access to the Services from Restricted Regions is prohibited and may be blocked, restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice. Users must not use VPNs, proxies, anonymization services, or other technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions implemented in connection with the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:
- you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, organized in, or otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of any Restricted Region;
- you are not identified on any sanctions list or prohibited persons list maintained by OFAC, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Singapore, or any other applicable governmental or regulatory authority;
- you are not accessing the Services on behalf of any prohibited person or entity; and
- your access to and use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
